cookie butter smoothie + intro

hello everybody!

this is my first post on my health food blog, hungryhealthyhappy. i've wanted to start a health food blog for a while. i follow a lot of fitblrs on tumblr and thought i could create a blog!

some introduction:

my name is suz. i'm fifteen (sixteen on may first!) and a sophomore in high school. i have three cats and a horse and yearn for the day when i can get a pug and a hedgehog. i love reading, writing, watching movies, and cooking of course!

one of the main reasons i created this blog was because i knew it would help me keep on track with really creating a healthy lifestyle. healthy isn't something you are for a day or a week - it should be something you always are! i know it's challenging, but if it was easy, it wouldn't be fun (:

so without further adieu, my first recipe!

Cookie Butter Smoothie
A super yummy, easy and healthy smoothie recipe (that might be my all-time favorite). 
(ft. my youngest cat, Sasha)


Ingredients: 
2 Bananas (ripe)
2 Tablespoons of Cookie Butter (available at Trader Joe's!)
1/4 Cup Vanilla Yogurt OR (vegan option) 1/4 Cup Almond Milk (just add a splash of vanilla)
1/2 Cup Ice

Throw all your ingredients in a blender and bam! Easy, delicious, and most important, delicious.
